How can NSF Improve Research Capacity and Research Training at Minority Serving Institutions be Enhanced?

The National Science Foundation (NSF) seeks information from extramural community stakeholders regarding opportunities to enhance research capacity/infrastructure and research training at minority serving emerging research institutions (MSERIs). This town hall will assist NSF in the development of future initiatives.
 
Input sought includes, but is not limited to, the following:

1. The ways in which research capacity, research infrastructure, and research training at MSERIs can be enhanced and/or revitalized?
2. Understanding the needs and challenges of MSERIs in sustaining capacity in research infrastructure and training.
3. What NSF can be doing to enhance and sustain partnerships with MSERIs.
4. Recommendations on how NSF can receive feedback going forward.
