Paula E. Faulkner is a Professor of Agricultural Education in the College of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences. Her research addresses the needs of underrepresented populations in agriculture including women farmers, limited resource farmers, and students. She earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Animal Husbandry and a Master’s of Science degree in Agricultural and Extension Education from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and a Ph.D. in Agricultural and Extension Education from Pennsylvania State University. She serves on the Editorial Board for the European Scientific Journal (ESJ) and is a member of the North Carolina Fulbright Alumni Association. Her 2010 Fulbright included visits to Kuwait, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates.
