Carrie Kouadio serves as Executive Director for the National Science Foundation Center of Research Excellence in Science and Technology (NSF-CREST) Center for Cellular and Biomolecular Machines at the University of California, Merced (https://ccbm.ucmerced.edu). As the center’s central administrator and public representative, she works with faculty, students, staff, and partners to implement the center's research, education, outreach, and broadening participation goals. Ms. Kouadio previously worked for the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in bioengineering and nanotechnology centers. She has a background in science education and received her M.S. in the Teaching of Chemistry from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
