Impact of Culturally Aware Mentoring Interventions on Research Mentors and Graduate Training
Description

This session will highlight emergent findings from the Culturally Aware Mentoring (CAM) project regarding attitudinal and behavioral changes in faculty mentors as well as organizational learning and change related to their graduate programs and departments. Participants will engage in discussions regarding similar efforts in diversifying the biomedical sciences and strategies for enhancing mentorship and ultimately scientific workforce diversity.
