This study examines the BRIDGE to the BS Program at Morgan State University, designed to support underrepresented minority transfer students from Prince George's Community College into STEM and psychology programs. The program provides personalized, continuous support throughout the academic year as well as the summer, offering research exposure and mentoring to enhance student success. Results indicate high satisfaction with research training and increased understanding of STEM careers, with further tracking planned to assess long-term outcomes.
