In this symposium we provide data on career outcomes of 464 students who had completed the PhD and differentiated into a career as of early 2024. Most career outcomes were gathered from annual interviews, but a small subset was gathered from LinkedIn and other publicly available sources. Data of career outcomes and their correspondence to career goals will be shared along with a discussion of number and duration of postdoctoral positions, demographic differences (race/ethnicity, socioeconomic status, first generation college graduate, etc.) and a discussion of patterns across this national data set.
