Addressing Structural Barriers to Improve Health Equity: An Interactive Course Development
Description

Utilizing an intersectionality lens, we are developing a nationwide asynchronous open online course addressing structural racism and discrimination to reduce disparities. The purpose of this study is to describe the development, implementation, pilot testing, and dissemination of this asynchronous nationwide course. The lessons learned from the development, pilot testing, and implementation will support knowledge dissemination, enlist feedback as well as guide the development of similar initiatives geared toward broadening participation and fostering inclusivity in STEMM research.
