Dr. Haroon Sahotra is Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. He is also serving as the Faculty Director of Teaching and Learning Commons. He is involved in interdisciplinary research of climate change impact and hydrology with specific emphasis on applications of remote sensing and geographic information systems (GIS). He is also actively engaged in educational projects to improve learning and experience of civil engineering students.
