Naomi Stephen is a 3rd year Ph.D. student at UCLA, studying social research methodology and program evaluation. She works for the Coordination and Evaluation Center (CEC) as a Project Scientist on the case study team, which uses qualitative methods to study the BUilding Infrastructure for Leading to Diversity. She is also researching the implementation of the CEC evaluation. Outside of the CEC, Naomi works as a Teaching Assistant in the School of Education at UCLA and as a technical assistant working on an evaluation for the Anti-Racism Diversity Initiative for Los Angeles County. She is passionate about research on evaluation, evaluation theory, and support for underrepresented students in STEMM.
