After a successful Phase I award we all aspire to continue our efforts through a Phase II award. There are some special considerations that may prove to be critical to writing a successful Phase II proposal. I will share our experiences in putting together a successful Phase II proposal. Realizing that as a new awardee we really start working on the Phase II plan from the very beginning, I will share some of the things we did during Phase I to help us write a successful Phase II application. I will share our timeline in getting the application ready. I will also highlight our efforts to ensure that our Phase II plans were distinct from those of Phase I program and to more directly address our focus on sustainability and institutional transformation.
