Leveraging ten years of lessons learned from the Diversity Program Consortium’s (DPC) BUilding Infrastructure Leading to Diversity (BUILD) initiative, we share key recommendations for developing undergraduate research infrastructure as guidance for institutions seeking to increase their research capacity. This session will introduce participants to the Undergraduate Research Infrastructure Development - Momentum Builders and Breakers Conceptual Framework, which highlights key institutional development practices and considerations that may interest higher education leadership, funders, and grantees aiming to broaden participation in STEMM.
